Mark was raised on a Dairy Farm and this is where he established many of the values, and at the age of 26 he started a Home Building Company, while building homes, Mark started a successful Real Estate Company, Land Development Company in Minnesota and Wisconsin. For 20 years Mark with the help of his wife Bridget, fulfilled their passion on being able to positively impact individuals and families. Mark’s favorite line was “There is nothing better in life to do, then to build a home where parents could raise a family for many years”.

In 2009 Mark and Bridget’s passion changed, when they experience the impact of 2007 & 2008 along with many other families and business owners, their passion changed to “Protecting people from financial disaster.”

In 2009 Mark and Bridget started a consulting company, Hope and Opportunities Inc. with the motto and core values: “Hope shows up when other people who care show up & When other people who care show up it creates unanticipated Opportunities” = Hope and Opportunities”.

Since then Mark and Bridget have become licensed agent’s in the financial service industry and earned the elite title of Champion’s Club members in under 12 months, Mark and Bridget Biermann are quickly soaring to new heights with First Financial Security, Inc. After joining FFS they hit Success Society in September, 2015 and joined Champions Club in December, 2015. In 2016, they’ve earned their 2nd Diamond by hitting another milestone. Achieving all these milestones have made Mark and Bridget one of the fastest growing leaders in FFS. In January 2017 Mark and Bridget earned a spot on the Board of directors on the Field Leadership Council.

One reason for joining FFS, was the mission to help all people achieve financial security and peace of mind. This mission fit with Mark and Bridget’s passion “Protecting people from financial disaster”. “We had seen time and time again where people would lose their homes and businesses due to unexpected life events and it was hard to watch.
Today, Mark and Bridget work with individuals, families, business owners and their employees and protect them from financial disaster; if they die to soon, become ill, live too long…. running out of money in retirement.
It is with this end goal in mind, that Mark and Bridget measure their success. “It’s not about how many hours we can put in, in any given week, but rather how many people we have helped.” This passion has driven their success, and they are continually striving to reach more people on their upward journey.

Mark and Bridget love spending quality time with their 4 kids and grandkids, family, friends, as well as boating and traveling, cooking and grilling with family, friends and business colleagues.
