Betty has over 25 years of experience in both the legal and compliance fields within the corporate sector. She has worked directly with boards of directors of both NYSE and Nasdaq public companies, as well as large private sector companies. In her various roles with these public & private companies, she oversaw Insider Trading Compliance, Security Exchange Commission Reporting, Board of Governance Requirements and the complex required compliance to these regulations, including but not limited to FinCEN. She was also liaison between these boards, their corporate officers and outside counsel.

When the advantageous tax laws for large public companies in Arizona changed and most of these corporations left Arizona, Betty decided to utilize her business background and leave the corporate arena to assist individuals, families and businesses in a more direct manner.  Betty began working with First Financial Security and has enjoyed working with individuals, families and businesses in obtaining peace of mind with living benefits and tax-free retirement.
